The last few years have been challenging for many, and highlight the need for #systems-change around the globe. I have personally been invigorated and found so much hope in this community, and I wanted to say that no matter what comes in 2023, every life we touch by sharing hope and vision for a positive future helps to awaken an important new spark in the world. Regeneration also happens at the inter-personal level, and I know I for one felt the need in my heart for regenerative ideals and was searching for an alternative narrative from “the world in a tail-spin.”
The BFI has brought me a feeling of realism to that hope, a sense of what is actually possible. I have been so honored to meet all of you, and I wish you, your families and the planet continued love and flourishing as fall turns to winter, into spring, and beyond!
